Our house is located in the center of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski resort for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. From November 2025 it will be increased to €3.90.

The eat-in kitchen has a ceramic hob, an extractor hood and a refrigerator with freezer. Furthermore, electrical appliances such as a coffee machine and toaster are available. The ski bus stops 30 m away and runs every 30 minutes directly in front of the lifts.
