My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

In addition to skiing, the surroundings invite you to numerous other winter sports activities for the whole family. The apartment has plenty of space and is modernly furnished.

Our house is located in the center of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski resort for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. From November 2025 it will be increased to €3.90.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

This chalet (110 sqm) for 2-8 people consists of 2 small chalets that can be combined by a connecting door. Thus, depending on your preference, you can enjoy the conviviality or privacy. Our Glückhoch2 is easy to finde! There is only one main intersection in Hochfilzen. Turn there – you will immediately see Glückhoch² on the left-hand side. Wood cladding on the upper floor, stone and plaster below, a large carport – hard to miss! Parking: Simply choose a suitable spot under the carport or in the parking area. Each apartment has one covered parking space and one regular parking space available.
