Cengiz is a wonderful and down-to-earth host. He personally welcomed us, explained everything in the house, and made sure we were comfortable. He kindly picked us up from Fethiye bus station and even offered a ride to the airport. The house was impeccably clean, spacious enough for three people, and featured a swimming pool and a play area for kids, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We stayed in Fethiye and absolutely loved it! The place had an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Everything was just as expected, and we’d definitely love to visit again!

The house is in a quiet area of Fethiye, very ideal for those who have a quiet holiday goal. Since the house is a 1st floor duplex apartment, not a garden, you climb the stairs for the exit, there is no elevator, those who are disabled should know. Other than that, it is very practical for families with flat feet, families with children, elderly or disabled individuals. The sea is beautiful, but it fluctuates around noon, it can be difficult for those who cannot swim well, it is a very beautiful sea with sifted sand for those who can swim. The house is a very nice apartment with light from everywhere, overlooking the pool and the sea. Mr. Murat responded quickly and answered the questions quickly. It was very easy to get to the house and check-in. There are grocery stores close to the house, but it is far to walk in the summer heat and carry shopping bags. For this reason, it can be a problem for those who do not have a car. A place I can choose with peace of mind again.

We stay regularly, it's a place we enjoy as a family, we didn't experience anything negative, thanks for making someone who doesn't normally like to stay in the same place feel the need to stay again

We stayed at the apartment for a week with about two daughters who loved the pool. Pool is nicely maintained and shared with a few apartments. Neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a good quiet location but close to amenities and easy to drive into Ölüdeniz for excursions.

Uğur Bey greeted us at the entrance. The apartment is extremely clean, the location on the block is nice, the pool is very clean, the size is sufficient. It was busy as it was early June. Mr. Uğur is on fire to help with anything. We thank him very much. We had a lovely 5 days as a family. As of the location of the house, I can say that it is equal to both the dead and the city center. It's easy to get anywhere you want with your vehicle. When we come back to Fethiye, it will be one of the places we prefer.

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

Meric was a lovely host and the location of the apartment couldn't have been better - just steps away from a common pool and the beach, as well as a short walk to Calis boardwalk, where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We had a lovely and relaxing stay, with lots of room for the whole family.

It was an amazing stay, we enjoyed it so much Everything was close to us, supermarkets are 3 mins walking, beach is 5 minutes and easy access to transportation.

I can't say enough about this place and the owner ,I highly recommend 👌its the best place ive ever stayed at, the customer service was amazing kemal the manager hes 10 out of 10 amazing personality assisting me and advising me with the best restaurants beaches and things to do in there, i had so much fun it was 100% worth it, stuning view from my balcony ,location itself near to everything !!restaurants&bar or city walk or beaches ⛱ with outstanding facilities...

Oludeniz Location :- Situated in Ölüdeniz away from the beach area which however is only a 5min drive away. It is up a hill or 2 where most villa’s/private residents are, so privacy is guaranteed when on holiday with family. The “high street” is a 10min walk away to all shops supermarkets dining places. If you don’t have a car a taxi is easily called by pressing a green button on a telegraph pole outside your resident and within 10min a taxi arrives. Property :- Beautiful, immaculate 2 floors- 1st floor toilet, dining area and kitchen with sliding doors to private pool, outdoor swing and outdoor seating. And lazing views. 2 bedrooms- 1st bedroom 3 beds with ensuite, 2nd bedroom with ensuite. Both bedrooms have access to balcony with amazing views. Host :- Amazing host always reachable with message/call answered all my questions, full confidence assured.

The apartment was all you needed for a pleasant stay. Lovely neighbours. Good value for your money. We had a great stay.
