The location is located in the best location in Fethiye. Preferred to have a peaceful, quiet , tranquil holiday. Very close to downtown Fethiye, Paspatur Bazaar, and Çalış Beach. You can easily access all the well-known tourist destinations. The market, pharmacy, and gym are nearby. NOTE: Besides this house, I have another house in the same location. Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
