The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. It was a really great stay experience! Our host was extremely kind and respectful. The apartment was spotless, everything was ready and complete. The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. We would definitely like to come back again. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Recommended, ~ Had 10 wonderful days here in this great apartment, which is bright and light, large, airy balconies, good beds, well equipped kitchen, comfortable, good sofa. Short distance to most places, we are familiar with the area from before. Got sun loungers on request even though the pool was not open yet, it was perfect in a nice garden, next time we will test it. Thank you very much for us, Mert was a very nice and helpful host.

I stayed in Istanbul for a month and lived in 2 Airbnbs prior to this one. This place was by far the best. The layout of the apartment was nice. As a remote worker/digital nomad I can confirm the WiFi is fast and reliable. The speed test I ran was 500mg upload and download. The apartment has the basics you need for your stay. The best part about this Airbnb was the amazing walkable location. When you step out the door the street is filled with restaurants, cafes, and shops. I ate out everyday could walk anywhere within 15 mins gym, store, restaurants etc. a little noise here and there but nothing unbearable. Can’t express enough how great the location is. Also, the host is kind and responded very fast to my questions which was nice. Host accommodated me when I had an emergency and needed to extend my stayed. Would stay again!

Everything was very nice. Ms. Rabia and her esteemed wife were very interested in us. Everything is spotless, exactly what you see in the photo. You can go without a doubt.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

I can say that it was the cleanest house we stayed in, which made it feel like our own home. The location is already very good 5 and 10 minutes to the airport. The site was also very safe and peaceful. The entrance and exit is smooth. Due to the location, the metro is very close to everywhere. The house was hot, even though the weather was cold. And it was really spotless. The house smelled very nice and the fact that there was no smoking in the house. The host, Ms. Busra, was also very kind and caring and very helpful with everything. We had a lovely stay at this spa resort! The apartment is modern, very nicely furnished, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, with a beautiful spa that has relaxing Bali vibes. We especially enjoyed the scent of jasmine by the pool—it really added to the calm atmosphere. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Orhan was a great host, always quick to respond, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. A perfect place to unwind—we’d love to come back!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment feels like home and is in a very beautiful location. Has all the furniture needed for extended stays as well. 10/10!

The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying in one of stellas offered apartments. And was very satisfied, it is very helpful and provided me with drinks again for my arrival. The location is indescribably, everything important can be reached within a minute. The facility is maintained daily. And polite neighbors included. I don't know what else I could add If it works, we'll be back for the summer!! Thanks for everything!!

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

Great accommodation! Location, cleanliness, greenery, comfort, tranquility, everything is at the highest level! The kitchen has everything you might need. Several types of tea, coffee, as well as little things that you may need for cooking, for example, salt, oil, all spices, etc.! In general, I recommend it!!! I recommend renting a car!
