Villa Erik is a 3-bedroom villa with a secluded pool, located in Kayaköy, a part of Fethiye that is steeped in history. Fethiye Center or Ölüdeniz Center are 12–15 minutes away by car. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Note: The heated pool is available from March 1 to December 1. Heated Pool Option Available. There is an extra electricity charge for pool heating, which is EUR 35 or TRY 1,750 per night. The pool water temperature is between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius; it is not like a thermal pool.

We can share a detailed video of our house with you upon request. Our apartment, which is a 5-minute drive from the beach, has a wonderful pool, one bedroom, a patio, and an American kitchen. It has a capacity of 5 people. There is a private garden in the back. It is within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping venues. Our flat is located in downtown Fethiye just 50 mt away from the promenade. It's balcony's has the panaromic view of the Fethiye Bay. It is ideally next to the restaurants, cafes, bars, yacht harbour that are located on the coastline and in the downtown where you can enjoy the various delicious meals, live music, night life and the nice stroll though the promenade. It is 15 km and 5 km away from the world famous Oludeniz and Calıs beaches. Other property is Kaya suite duplex.

The building has an elevator, intercom, main door vending machine, reception and a shutter system in our apartments.
