Our peaceful home will offer a comfortable environment. Our 1+1 house is in the center of Datça, but away from the crowds and noise of the bazaar. You can have a wonderful holiday just 1.2 km from the ancient Burgaz coast, 2 km from the central Kumluk beach and restaurants, 2.5 km from the Taşlık beach. All your needs will be easily met in our house, which consists of 1 bedroom, living room, bathroom and open kitchen. Your morning walk will be very cool and pleasant on the roads between the olive and almond groves that extend to Kızlan.

Our house is located in a newly built site on the hills of Gümüşlük Çukurbuk. It is a one floor cozy and comfortable apartment, modernly designed furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. The nearest beach is just 600 meters away on foot. You can easily reach the villages of Gumusluk or Yalikavak by a 5-15-minute car ride. Our holiday home is located in the most prestigious site of the region, which stands out with its magnificent pool. It has 2 floors, 185 m² of usage area, and on the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a semi-open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a large balcony with a view of nature. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 of which has a master bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi.

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a RURAL area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.
