Vacation rentals with a patio in Ferry Pass

Wow! This place was awesome. We stayed here last minute to visit my daughter & son-in-law for the birth of my grandson, so we really only slept here. That said, it was as clean as my mother-in-law’s house when we visit her. Trust me, that’s saying something. We will definitely try to stay here on future visits to see the kids, and there’s plenty of room for us all to spread out, have them over for dinner, etc. Huge plus is that it seems to be 5 minutes away from virtually everything. Cannon recommend more highly.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

By far, this was one of the BEST and great times that we have had in any Airbnb thus far.. I will definitely be staying here again. The host were absolutely fantastic very nice and always responsive to all of our needs. Brian and his wife went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy comfortable and enjoyed our little mini Vacay I would recommend this 10/10

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

Beautiful home! Very clean and neat! Everything offered in description is exactly what you will find with this home! Can get noisey at night but ear plugs and sound machines are provided! Didn't bother us too much during our visit though! Maria is very responsive to messages and willing to go above and beyond for her guest! Definitely will stay here again!!

We had a great family vacation! Caroline made the stay with kids so easy! She had everything we could have possibly needed available for use! Very helpful and responsive when we needed anything or had questions! Would definitely stay here again!

Better than advertised! There were so many "extras" in case you needed or forgot something - ie. tower fan, baby items, pet supplies, toys, beach supplies, and kid friendly dishes. The supply of extras probably differs as people use them, but having any of it and not being bare bones is MUCH appreciated! The house was easy to find and a good home-base location. You get full access to the garage with door opener - super helpful when it came time to Jenga pack the car back up! Would also be great for rainy days. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were great. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Water pressure was great AND hot water lasted forever. Backyard with seating and good space for pets, although ours spent her time staring out the front door windows and needed to go for walks to be nosey! We had no issues on our walks and the neighbors we encountered had no issue with her investigating the edge of their yard. Obviously, bring poop bags! Would book again!

From the onset of our arrival at Midtown my family and I were blown away by the accurate descriptions listed with the venue. Especially the prestine cleanliness of the home! Jeffrey's place has every ammenity one could think of. Our family will defintely be visiting Jeffrey's place at Midtown Pensacola again!

The beds were literally the nicest beds I’ve ever slept in- each bedroom had a large nice ceiling fan and the neighborhood was completely silent at night so I promise you will sleep like a baby here. I have a son with profound Autism who likes the run so I was sold on the enclosed back yard. Very safe, not too large/not too small. Overall the house was adorable, the neighborhood was peaceful and location was perfect. My kids first trip to FL and they loved “The Florida Crib”

We stayed here for our Memorial Day weekend, with our 4 teenage girls. The house was perfect for us, and we felt right at home. Close enough to the beach, without being in the tourist chaos. The host checked in on us after first night, which I felt was a nice thing to do. The mattresses were great! We slept like babies.

We loved the beautiful cabin with a pier. We also enjoyed the view from the porch. We were able to launch our boat nearby and leave the boat in the water tied to the pier until the evening before we left to go home. We loved the fenced in yard. Thank you for providing a perfect friendly home. It was appreciated! Even though we were close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, we felt like we were in a private and secluded area. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to this area. thank you Mike!!!

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

Our family enjoyed the stay and accommodations. Everything was there that was needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Proximity to public beach parking was easy or if you wanted to walk that was easy too. Room was quiet with little to no outside noise to disturb you through the night.

Sharon’s condo was very clean and just as described on the site. She provided plenty of beach and bathroom linens plus laundry soap, washer and dryer. Had plenty of closet and drawer space to store clothes for the week. Provided some snacks, coffee and tea which were very welcoming on our arrival. I would definitely recommend her condo and would go there again.

We had a wonderful short visit to Perdido Key and the Purple Parrot. I love that pool! Our unit was spotlessly clean and fresh and very comfortable. We slept so good. We loved how close it was to one of our favorite restaurants, The Fisherman’s Corner. But, being so close to Johnson’s Beach is the cherry on top! Thank y’all so much and we will be back soon.

Had a great time for our honeymoon. Great place for a couple to stay. It was super clean and within walking distance to the beach. Patrick and Mindy were so helpful and understanding with our situation we can’t thank them enough! You should absolutely stay here!

This condo is beautiful!! So spacious & accommodated us perfectly for our family trip! This was my first time renting from Airbnb and the host made everything peaceful and seamless Pete is the best host ever! Very hospitable, and knowledgeable of the area, he made me feel super comfortable and welcome to the city. Thank you so much for everything!

I booked this listing as a fairly last-minute trip. I wanted a good value, great location, and a good cancellation policy, which is hard to find, but even more so at the last minute. I couldn't be happier with our experience. The space was a little bit cozier than I am accustomed to, but no one in my family minded in the slightest. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and convenient to both the sound and the Gulf. The master bed was super comfy. There were red flag conditions almost every day, so being able to go out back and swim in the sound was really convenient. The owners were troubleshooting an issue while I was there, and were absolutely the nicest people. Right next door is a kayak/beach chair/etc. rental place, and just to the west is Fort Pickens (which was amazing). We got to see the Blue Angels flying every day. Just down the street is Peg Leg Pete's, which was the best meal we ate. Great price, great owners, great location.
