Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Fermo

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

We received a very warm welcome from the family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation. Our host, Pia, surprised us several times with freshly baked cakes, eggs from their own chickens, and even an aperitivo by the pool. The garage features a 6–7 kW charger for electric cars, which is a major plus for this area and accommodation. I’d totally recommend staying at the accommodation in this area.

Thank you so much Gabriella for such a warm welcome! Probably the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Very clean, the house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Just a couple of minutes to the nearest beach where we were allocated 2 free sunbeds. Restaurants, cafes in walking distance. Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation perched on top of a hill in a small picturesque village! Total tranquility reigns in the village and around the accommodation. Giancarlo was responsive and super nice! Thanks to these phone calls, we found distant members of our family, the choice of this accommodation exceeded our expectations! We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

The most beautiful agriturismo we have been to so far! The accommodation was perfect and the view from the terrace was simply fantastic. We were there by chance alone and really enjoyed it! Super many play opportunities for children, a vegetable garden, chickens, the pool and a wine cellar. We will be happy to come back! We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. Laura was the best host ever! She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. Whenever we had any doubts or questions, she was always available and ready to assist us. The house and rooms are amazing and spacious, making our stay even more comfortable. Her kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable host.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

A totally magical experience! Beautiful apartment in the heart of a beautiful old town. Near to everything. Beautifully arranged with all you need for a perfect stay in Fermo. Valentina is very nice and helpful, the communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.
