We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

What more do you need in life than a place like this and a host like Maria? We had a fantastic time in her very authentic Italian former farmer house, with nothing less than amazing views on the valley below. With her advice on go-sees in the area we could choose whatever experience we wanted. Maria went out of her way and made several reservation for us. Very helpful and very warm host!

I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super stocked. The place is wonderful! Take a bathroom with Sibillini mountain views, unparalleled! Great location to get away from it all. Caterina is very available and flexible. We will definitely want to return during the sunflower flowering period! Highly recommended!

The house can be reached on foot via a steep street. You can't get there by car, but you only have to walk about 100 m to get there. Big advantage is that there are no cars at your doorstep and it is wonderfully quiet i. That's definitely nice if you sit outside and enjoy the garden that goes up in height (several terraces). The house has all the comforts. Very nice that there are several bathrooms and the bedrooms are all spacious. The living room is not very large, but certainly not small. The kitchen is not that big, but has everything you could need From the house you can walk into the old part of town, where you imagine yourself a few centuries back in time. This part should be viewed both in the evening and during the day. The town has all the necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarket, cafe, etc.). Christine is enthusiastic and always and usually responds quickly. Her responses are extensive, which gives a engaged and reliable feel.

Our stay at this house exceeded all expectations! We were 8 adults and relaxed for 4 weeks in September and everyone liked the house, the location, the garden, and especially the very nice and attentive hosts: Flaminia with Fabrizio's son. The house is rustic and at the same time spacious, clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In person, it was much more cozy and more than expected. A large living room with a fireplace created coziness on September evenings. The kitchen is small but practical, where all the utensils and appliances are available. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are soft which gave us a great sleep. The proximity to the sea at night brought fresh breeze. Separately, I want to note the location: a magnificent view of the sea and Civitanov, quiet and peaceful around, an ideal place for those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, always available and ready to help with any questions. I recommend this holiday home — this is the perfect place for a vacation with family and friends.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

A wonderful house, a slice of paradise. Well-kept and welcoming house with a wonderful garden. The view satisfies the eyes and the fireflies keep you company at night. Highly recommended.

John's place exceeded all expectations! Beautiful quiet location, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and an outdoor area that offers many possibilities. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could want. GREAT!

We really enjoyed our week in the house with all the advantages the house had to offer! Our hosts were also very nice people who welcomed us warmly with a welcome beer and wine. A place we'll be happy to remember!

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Luciano. We have mixed the many entertaining days by the pool with some beach days in Porto San Giorgio. This was a very nice change. The house was a nice home for us and kept everything necessary. Plenty of kitchen equipment to the barbecue and second kitchen near the swimming pool. The local conditions were also suitable for our 2 year old daughter and our almost 80-year-old grandma. Charlotte, the host, responded quickly to messages. The communication was very pleasant. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it was very good, better than expected. The fans were completely adequate. The only very individual downside: Unfortunately, running training was not as possible due to the road and altitude conditions. We recommend the property to anyone who wants to go on vacation a little further away and are mobile and accepting travel.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous! Cristiano was a very helpful host with local recommendations and being very responsive. The pool and gardens were beautiful. Our eight month crawled up his first set of stairs while there - will be a memory that stays with us. Also there was an excellent music collection you could play and a beautiful kitchen to cook in!

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby.
