Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Fermo

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Thank you so much Gabriella for such a warm welcome! Probably the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Very clean, the house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Just a couple of minutes to the nearest beach where we were allocated 2 free sunbeds. Restaurants, cafes in walking distance. Absolutely recommend!

Logement magnifique et confortable perché au sommet d'une colline dans un petit village pittoresque ! Une quiétude totale règne dans le village et aux abords du logement. Giancarlo était réactif et super sympa ! Grâce à ces coups de fils, nous avons retrouver des membres éloignés de notre famille, le choix de ce logement a dépassé nos attentes ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Mei. La résidence est flambant neuve dans un environnement calme et paisible. Notre apparemment était parfaitement équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Les espaces communs sont également nickel, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Beaucoup d'espace en extérieur pour jouer avec les enfants ou se poser au calme. Masha était là pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée, c'est une personne très sympathique et aussi très réactive si vous avez la moindre demande. La résidence se situe à 10 minutes en voiture des plages les plus proches.

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

Das schönste Agriturismo in dem wir bislang waren! Die Unterkunft war perfekt und der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach traumhaft. Wir waren durch Zufall alleine dort und haben es richtig genossen! Super viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, ein Gemüsegarten, Hühner, der Pool und ein Weinkeller. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Laura was the best host ever! She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. Whenever we had any doubts or questions, she was always available and ready to assist us. The house and rooms are amazing and spacious, making our stay even more comfortable. Her kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable host.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Das Hauswarswhr sauber. Wir haben. Uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist nur 2 Gehminuten, perfekt. Zimmer und alles drumherum ist so sauber, wirklich klasse. Tolle Gegend. Gastgeber super nett.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Il Selvaggio” per l’intero mese di agosto ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento, all’interno di una villa ristrutturata in un contesto incantevole e molto suggestivo, è dotato di tutto quel che serve per un perfetto soggiorno. La casa è splendida, pulitissima, silenziosa e con un terrazzo e una vista magnifica. Gli elettrodomestici, i materassi, i cuscini, il bagno, l’arredamento sono scelti con grande gusto e funzionalità. La posizione inoltre permette di visitare sia il sud delle Marche che il nord dell’Abruzzo con facilità. Supermercati, gelaterie, ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Teresa, suo marito e i suoi figli sono stati gentilissimi: sono state persone molto discrete, ma allo stesso tempo attente alle nostre necessità e ci han dato parecchi consigli utili. I prodotti dell’orto erano superlativi: pomodori e insalata da sapori unici. Speriamo di poter tornare magari in autunno/inverno!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento comodo e pulito, elegante e funzionale, con una meravigliosa vista sul mare.

The place is wonderful. Old charming place renovated with taste. Super comfortable and well located. We will come back with pleasure!

Il punto di forza di questo appartamento confortevole è la splendida terrazza, molto ampia con vista mare, gazebo, lettini e fantastico idromassaggio riscaldato. Cucina moderna e ben attrezzata, tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Inserito in un complesso residenziale a margine del paese, immerso nel verde e tutto recintato con parcheggi interni. Ci sono due rampe di scale esterne per raggiungere l'appartamento: per noi non è stato un problema ma è da tenere presente per chi ha problemi di mobilità o se si hanno grandi valigie.

A totally magical experience! Beautiful apartment in the heart of a beautiful old town. Near to everything. Beautifully arranged with all you need for a perfect stay in Fermo. Valentina is very nice and helpful, the communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.

La maison de Cassandra est très calme et bénéficie d'une magnifique vue. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments. Cassandra est très gentille et ils sont même venus nous chercher en voiture à la gare. La maison est un peu en dehors du village de Fermo. Il y a un bus par heure pour se rendre à Fermo, mais seulement en journée et pas le dimanche.
