Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fermanville

We had a pleasant stay at Marion's house in a location that is just exceptional! The house overlooks the Vauville pond and access to the beach is via a bird sanctuary (about 10 min walk). You can also access the village by walking along the pond, there is a restaurant (La Cabane des Tamarins) with grilled meats and wood-fired pizzas. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Small downside, the high chair provided for our baby is certainly pretty (vintage) but does not meet safety standards. The patio is very relaxing with sea views. We also recommend the Vauville garden with its friendly little tea room (and dishes that we did not have the opportunity to taste but restaurant open Monday noon!).

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

This beautiful house is highly recommended. First of all, due to the beautiful location with beautiful views on two floors (living room and bedroom) that you can't get enough of. But especially because of the peace and quiet, while all the comforts such as supermarkets and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. However, the most important thing was the hospitality: Anne-Francoise and Adeline made for an unforgettable experience! Ps note: there is no television. The internet is also not really fast. For us, no problem at all.

The gite is in a beautiful remote setting. The house is spotlessly clean. It has been renovated and decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. It is possible to walk to Quettehou, the nearest town. There is a supermarket just outside Quettehou, just a five minute drive away. There are nice restaurants in Saint Vaast la Hougue and in Barfleur, a short drive away. Would recommend tor a quiet relaxed getaway.

Super accommodation ... beautiful house ... great layout ... with the kitchen/diner and sitting room in one big room on the middle floor the Estuary views whilst eating or relaxing are quite wonderful !

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Idyllic setting, 🤩a more than relaxing stay. It's green, it's quiet, it's the perfect place to disconnect... It's a treat to cycle along these little country roads. Listing as described, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Recommended 👍

Everything went very well as usual when we come to Carteret, which we love for its calm and the beauty of its landscapes. We really enjoyed the apartment, very nice, practical, nicely furnished and decorated. A stone's throw away from the dunes and close to the beaches, it is a small peaceful cocoon conducive to disconnecting. Matches photos and descriptions, we can only be satisfied with our stay. Barfleur is a pretty little port. Beautiful hikes to do in the area. Thanks especially to Didier for hosting us and for his welcoming gestures: hot coffee on arrival, an excellent bottle of cider and a bag of cookies. This is a host and listing to recommend. J-L

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

Accommodation in a good location and easy to access. Very well laid out, I recommend it.

Very comfortable accommodation with stunning views of the port. Very bright and pleasant, and close to shops and restaurants. David was impeccably available and responsive. We had a great time with the family, and recommend this listing and its host without reservation!

Superb accommodation! Clean, great location. Loads of utensils etc including tea and coffee, the flat has everything you need. No private parking but parking locally was easy, exactly as Jade had described it. Lots to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend this accommodation for enjoying Jersey!

A great stay by the seaside. Morgane's place is perfect! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, good location and more. The interior is very well designed, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly possibly need is available. The garden is beautiful, well exposed and above all well fenced (ideal with our dog). The hot tub is the plus we would not have thought about but which we enjoyed with pleasure. The beach is very close, the town is pretty and quiet and Morgane has a good suggestion if you are looking for activities nearby. We really had a great week, thank you again to our hosts for their great place and their responsiveness in answering our questions. I would recommend it in a second!

Great accommodation, nice, beautiful terrace, very functional house. There were six of us and we had a great weekend. Thanks to Stephanie for hosting us and the house is super well located at 2, rue de la mer. There were no surprises. The photos match the house well and if I go back there, I will try to get the same house again, I recommend it.

Very high-quality accommodation, which matches the descriptions, allowing you to have a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, the hot tub is very large and the kitchen is very functional. 2 km from the beaches and huts of Gouville, no complaints

we had a lovely family weekend for my husband's 60th birthday. Beautiful house with a very large veranda, very pleasant. The proximity to the port and shops of Barfleur is a plus. Quiet and peaceful village, I recommend it.

Villa ideal for a family vacation. Decorated and arranged for visitors with great care. Also very clean. There are plenty of nearby activities and places to visit. We are delighted with our stay.

An absolute gem located less than a 2 minute walk from the historic Omaha beach. A perfect blend of modern home with traditional beach house great for large families. The hosts are incredibly nice and wonderfully easy to work with. A shining recommendation for anyone considering staying here!
