(5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The cottage is a fisherman's house for 4/6 people (2 bedrooms). Very quiet, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The cottage is equipped with the necessary equipment for your vacation (dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue...) For your peace of mind, linens and towels are provided. The house consists of a living room (convertible sofa), bathroom, separate kitchen overlooking a south-facing enclosed garden with wooden terrace and fruit trees. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs.

17m2 studio alongside our main residence accessible from a private door with the presence of a terrace overlooking the sea. Great for a worker. Access by secure gate with key for tenant. The property has a sofa bed with an 80x200 mattress topper with the possibility of 160x200. There's only one double bed with a mattress on it. The home has a fiber connection. The accommodation is located in Tourlaville (Cherbourg en Cotentin).

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

This cocoon is ideal for resting after spending the day on the hiking trails, and on the GR223 customs trail.
