The luxurious amenities with a great sauna and large bathrooms make your vacation a wellness experience! All-round carefree: The beds are made when you arrive and the towels (initial set) are ready for you. This service and all ancillary costs are included in the nightly rate.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

A lovingly furnished open living/dining area offers everything your heart desires and from here you always have the Baltic Sea in view. Brand new now with its own sauna!

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Stylish beach house - 200 m from the sea - hot tub - sauna - fireplace

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Small bungalow in the park of an old farmhouse with only 380 meters to the sea. Wonderful nature and fields surround you for the perfect rest. The 3 bungalows are located in the middle of the garden, facing south, and offer 3 different renovation standards with corresponding price differences. That's the middle step. Everything in working order and nice; renovation planned for 2027/2028.

Centrally located on the Wagrien peninsula is our lovingly renovated thatched cottage from 1803. Nestled in the quiet countryside with magnificent views, the house is the perfect retreat. From here you can quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches on three sides!
