There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your private 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the grill. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Timmendorf, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 10 minutes by bike.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Here you can relax on a 1600 m², green overgrown end property. Relax or take an active vacation. Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Each house has a private sauna, large bicycle shed, a stove with free wood and a "bun bike". The little guests are happy about a trampoline.
