Newly built small house with lake views. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. Approximately 4 km to central Rättvik, approximately 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different music events in summer. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake views. Some nearby residential buildings, yet a quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, becomes a double bed when made up. Bedroom with 140 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guests are responsible for bed linens and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

On the enclosed porch, enjoy dinners from early spring to late fall, thanks to infrared heating. Inside, the fireplace is prepared for you to light, adding maximum coziness. Firewood is included! This is the perfect starting point for your excursions. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electric car charging is available.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Cabin overlooking Siljan

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with personal decor in Dala style. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.

Lake house with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

Home closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. 2 supboard available for rent, as well as electric motor to the boat. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

Shop, kiosk, and church within walking distance. 20 minutes car ride to Leksand and 45 minutes to Mora. This is a unique accommodation, perfect for those who want to enjoy nature and relax. Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
