The lower floor is completed and includes an entrance, hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor terrace with gas grill. On our farm, you live in a scenic location with close proximity to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm, the Galvån flows with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is close by

You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.
