The house is 74 sqm on two floors with a small hall, kitchen, bathroom and TV room on the lower floor. Open sleeping loft with two single beds 90x200 and small bedroom with two single beds 90x200. Steep stair to upper floor. Smoking or pets are not allowed. During the coldest season, we would prefer to have your request 48 hours before arrival so we have time to raise the temperature in the cabin.

There is a double bed 180/200 and an extra bed 90/200 which can become one to 90/200 ( you can see in the pictures ) Two adults and two children can comfortably stay in this home . Bedlinen and towels are included . Free parking at the house . 10 minute walk to Lugnet , 20 minute walk to the hospital. 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. 25 minute walk to Falun center. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THERE ARE A MAXIMUM OF TWO ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN!

Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. Villa with lower floor apartment with its own entrance. The host couple lives in the house. 200 meters to Lake Runn which offers plowed ice skating rinks in winter. In summer, there is a bar and ice cream stand by the lake, as well as kayak rentals. Two simple bicycles can be borrowed from us. (We also have two kayaks that can be rented if you let us know in advance) Proximity to Romme Alpin and Bjursås ski center, about 30 minutes by car. 5 minutes to the city and Lugnet's sports facility.
