Parkering finns på gården. Lägenheten är på ca 90 kvm och har 2 rymliga sovrum och ett kombinerat större vardagsrum och matsal. Köket har diskmaskin och kyl/frys med ismaskin. Badrummet har duschkabin och tvättmaskin. I det ena sovrummet finns 2 sängar. I det andra sovrummet finns 4 sängar. Värme och el ingår.

Large apartment in Jugendvilla centrally located in Falun. Close to the city center, Lugnet, the University and the Travel Center. Beautiful materials and high ceilings. Built by Nobel Prize winner Selma Lagerlöf's friend Valborg Olander, with typical details of the time remaining in the house. Pets are welcome, we ourselves have dogs in the house as we live in the other part of the building. Guests are welcome to use parts of the garden.
