Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Warm welcome to this child-friendly villa. The house has nice large social areas inside & outside. In the garden, there is lovely lounge furniture,and barbecue. There are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a room with a 90 cm bed. There are electric car chargers and parking. Car charging there is a charge. Welcome to our newly renovated country house with an amazing sea view on Eskilstorps ängar! Our extra house is from 19th century overlooking the beach meadows and the sea, Öresund. Right beside a natural reserve where you can find many different rare birds, flowers and other animals. This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life.
