From the large balcony, you have a glimpse of the sea view, Falsterbo beach and the morning jetty just in front of the apartment complex. Private parking with Falsterbo museum and kiosk next door, as well as the grocery store only a couple of 100 meters away, also makes the location unbeatable. Two cozy bedrooms and spacious kitchen-living room with kitchen island, both leading out to the balcony. Welcome to a fully-equipped home that we now rent out a few weeks a year!

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.
