With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

Unser wunderschönes reetgedecktes Haus (BJ 1995) liegt fernab vom Tourismus in dem ruhigen Ort Pruchten. Es ist umgeben von Wiesen und Pferdekoppeln. Von den beiden Terrassen aus genießt man einen herrlichen Weitblick über das 3000m2 große, teilweise naturbelassene Grundstück (Ginster) und die Landschaft. Den Bodden kann man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe des Hauses verläuft der Radweg in Richtung Zingst (ca 20 min bis zum Ostseestrand), Prerow oder Barth.

Probably it is not the most beautiful house in the town, but it offers plenty of space and a cozy stay for a family or a group upto 6 persons. It is ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.
