An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a little luck, you can also watch a wild animal, such as a stag or a doe. For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. Apartment located in the Rododendro Residence, in the locality of Passo San Pellegrino, in the municipality of Moena (Tn), a pass that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow cover, with downhill ski facilities 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski track just across the road. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is often used by my family as well, so we want it to be welcoming.
