Great clean and modern place. Excellent location and communication, entry, etc. There is quite a bit of street noise so ear plugs are a must, but it might not bother most people. I'm very sensitive.

this is now a new fave place to stay in the Bay, loved the view from the "overlook" and felt like I had enough privacy. Having a space to park in the driveway is a plus and the place is fully equipped for a great time. There was even wine for me and my partner. beautiful space and I had a great time - wish I could've stayed longer!

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! I hope it is available when I go back to Sacramento. I got a rental car and regretted it instantly. They have electric scooters all around the neighborhood. My first day I hopped on one and roamed around the city for an hour. Lots to see! Parks, restaurants, historical sites, etc. Peaceful. Everyone stays to themselves or is decently friendly.

This well-maintained house is equipped with high-quality amenities and everything one might need. The home is very comfortable, neat, and exceptionally clean. We had a couple of toddler grandchildren with us, and my daughter greatly appreciated the availability of toys and a pack-and-play at the house. The kitchen was immaculate and furnished with quality appliances. The hosts were accommodating regarding an early check-in and were highly responsive to any inquiries posed. They were also very friendly. The backyard is quite pleasant and serves as an excellent location to enjoy morning coffee. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to American Canyon and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The nicest Airbnb we have stayed in! Kenney thought of every detail and delivered above and beyond., from the updated super clean bathrooms, to the fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for more than one cook, to the comfy beds and plenty of blankets and towels. The home is gorgeous with lots of space and a beautiful backyard. The weather was gorgeous. Kenney quickly responded to a situation. Couldn’t ask for a better house and host! We truly enjoyed our stay. We went to Napa for a festival, and the location was perfect, near a lot of markets, and near the venue. The place was just like the pictures and we wished we had more time to enjoyed the beautiful patio. The rooms were spacious and clean.

My partner and I LOVED this studio and our two tortoise friends outside the studio! The cause that they’re advocating for is awesome. The interior was a lot more spacious than I expected, and we had lots of space to put all of our roadtrip bags + boxes + luggage. The studio gets plenty of sunshine from all of the windows, so I would recommend packing an eye mask if you’d like to sleep in on a spring / summer morning. We didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen much since we opted to walk to downtown Davis for most meals, but we got a good use out of the fridge for our leftovers. Larry was helpful when we reached out with check-in questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Second time staying. House is a perfect getaway for work/vacation If you are reading reviews I recommend getting this home before it’s no longer available. As it doesn’t last long on market.

We had an amazing stay in Napa with Johnathan and Kaylee. The location was perfect to explore Napa Valley and the apartment couldn't have been better. There is also a delicious restaurant just one minute away. They were so helpful and responsive the entire trip. I would definitely stay there again next time we visit.

This place was perfect for a girls trip to Napa. The pullout couch bed was plenty big and comfortable in addition to the king bed in the 1 main bedroom. The bathroom was spotless and updated. The kitchen was also beautiful and updated. We loved being able to sit on the back patio that overlooks the golf course. We were able to get the TV to work perfectly fine and it was nice that we were able to do all of the streaming services. We utilized Uber for the most part going to wineries and dinners and it took about 10-15 mins for cars to get to us but we expected that and left enough time for that. The whole Silverado neighborhood is really nice and made it easy to walk/run through the neighborhood without worrying about busy car traffic. Everything was very clearly communicated from check in to check out and everything in between. Great experience overall and we'd definitely recommend booking this stay again!
