Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Fairfield Bay

We loved our stay in this beautiful historic house, traveling with two young adults. The history, the photographs of past times, the antique artifacts and the retro bedrooms gives the air of of walking through the past. The minute we walked into the kitchen there were oohs and awes, look at this look at that. Just a good feeling all around. The house is spacious and comfortable. The beds are so comfy! And the outside is green and lush, pleasant to walk around outside, and quiet. Emily is kind and a wonderful communicator. This house is now top of my list to visit again!

Felt at home immediately - accommodations wonderful - but the fun artwork and all the extras for our dogs ---- perfect! Our Husky and Dobie enjoyed fenced and safe yard - running up and down steps --- it even had a doggie door. We never had to worry about our pups. Short walk to lakefront was relaxing too. Hope we can visit area again - no question this will be our ONLY place to stay. Just lovely! Thank you for all the obvious thought and care that went into your rental.

Me & my son came for a fishing tournament on Greers Ferry Lake. The place was great for the time we spent there, was boater friendly. The only thing is the house has a bit of cigarette smell, if you are not a smoker you will notice it but it was not a deal breaker for us. Thanks again Chris

Great place to stay close to the lake, we loved not having to drive far to get to and from the lake. Plenty of parking space for our boat, jet ski, and vehicles.

The host was super sweet and communicated very well if we had any questions. The house was super clean and exactly how we expected it from the listing. Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for the great time!

Everything was what we saw in pictures plus more!! 3 private coves. The cove we swam at was safe for kids ages 9-14. (Which are the ages of our kids) the kids loved the bunk beds. This is a perfect family or friends get away. Kayaks and canoes were awesome!! My family didn’t have life jackets, however we found some in lower closet in bunk bed room. Water does get choppy with boats on the weekends so bring life jackets for small children. The only big issue we had, which wasn’t big at all was we didn’t bring mixing bowls and didn’t find any in the cabin. literally was not the end of the world, we made it work! We definitely would love to stay here again. We didn’t need to contact the host as all the rules were stated clearly in our days leading up. The signs to moon shadow are a little small, so make sure you pay attention to the directions provided after entering the gate. Terrain can be steep in some areas. Bring appropriate sandals/shoe’s 5 stars all around. We Lovedthis vacation

This home was so cozy and fully stocked of all the amenities! It was raining a little the weekend we came, but me and my friends had a great time chilling at the house. The firewood was covered so when the rain stopped, we used the s’mores station they had ready for us. And if you have kids, they have plenty of toys and a cute room for them to enjoy. We loved it here!

We will be back! Michael was a great host, everything was as described. Clean 10/10, communication 10/10, comfort 10/10. Very easy to relax and enjoy time with family here. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we could need. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We found John and Melanie to be gracious hosts and they always answered our questions promptly. (We wished we had been able to meet them in person---they seemed that nice.) Their Cozy Bear Condo was just what we expected from the photos and description: A charming space with attention to details in decorating and provisions. Also we appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog with us. All in all, we had a relaxing and fun time spending the week in FFB at John and Melanie's condo. Thank you. Nancy & Jerry

It was a cute little place!

Comfy stay at a cute little spot. We had everything we needed at check in for a great stay.

Everything was perfect and host was very responsive. She even had dog toys and dog treats waiting on the counter for my pups when we arrived, which was so thoughtful. Above-and-beyond service and I’m very satisfied.

Nice place to getaway, enjoy a fire pit and the Kayaks were relaxing and fun! Will be back next time we’re in the area!

Michelle was GREAT! The place was peaceful and a perfect get away. We lost power and they immediately rectified the situation for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and I cannot speak highly enough about them. We would 1000% stay again.

He accommodated me on very short notice and went beyond what I would normally expect a host to do! I will certainly stay there again.

We had a great stay and highly recommend this property. I was a little skeptical that the view would live up to the expectations we had based on the reviews, but boy did it ever. Definitely the best lake views I have ever seen. The guest house was cozy and had everything we needed.

This little gem, nestled in a quiet community, is a perfect place to call temporary home!! From the moment we walked in, it just felt cozy! Hayden was very responsive and on top of any issue that came up. Definitely would love to stay here again in the future!!

What a great place! Thank you so much for making our family trip memorable! From the sweet treats to the amazing view. It was truly a beautiful place to stay and our children and fur babies enjoyed it too! We will definitely be back!
