Nella suggestiva cornice dei calanchi umbri, in posizione tranquilla e molto panoramica dépendance su unico livello con portico privato, ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, due camere e un bagno. A pochi minuti dall'autostrada A1 e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Fabro-Ficulle, l'abitazione è ottima per un soggiorno rilassante a metà strada tra Roma e Firenze. Wi-fi presente. Purtroppo non possiamo accettare bambini. Vi preghiamo di notare che le spese di riscaldamento sono escluse dal prezzo.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen.
