The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

In the evocative setting of the Umbrian gullies, in a quiet and very panoramic position, a single-level annex with a private porch, a large living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Just a few minutes from the A1 highway and the Fabro-Ficulle train station, the property is great for a relaxing stay halfway between Rome and Florence. We cannot accommodate children. There are 2 large dogs. Please note that the heating fee is excluded from the price.

It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.
