Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

A modern, cosy garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Recently renovated but still has the charm of a old cottage, with an opened planned living space, this 2 bedroom cottage is perfectly located within easy reach of some of the Cotswold's prettiest villages and towns. Within easy reach of both Broadway and Chipping Campden and only 30 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon. Home from home experience awaits. A well behaved dog is welcome

Pretty Studio, Cotswold edge

The Hayloft in the pretty village of Badsey in the Vale of Evesham, on the edge of the Cotswolds. Two pubs in the village serving meals on certain days. Or try nearby famous Fleece Inn. Close to Broadway and other Cotswold gems. Many National Trust properties within easy reach. Nearby Evesham has been awarded ‘Walkers are Welcome’ status. Numerous beautiful gardens close by . Manor Stables

A beautiful cottage set in the grounds of a 17th Century Manor house with views over the surrounding countryside. The extensive grounds back onto the River Avon and include a Tennis/Basketball court and children's play area. The Stables has two bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and the other a double bed- and there is space for mattresses on the floor if required. There is a separate living area with pool table; a full kitchen and laundry; bathroom; and air conditioning throughout.

The Gingerbread House

**Evesham was just named Guardian's second happiest place to live in UK 2025!** Our quirky listed riverside house, built in 1631, sits in a lovely peaceful 1.5 acre meadow garden next the river Avon. This house is perfect for groups, centrally located for those travelling from all over the UK. Dogs (at no extra cost) and children are very welcome! It's got character in abundance – with wonky walls, two inglenook fireplaces, a wood burning stove, panelled rooms. Quirky and comfortable!

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Annexe

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.

Enjoy this rustic getaway. Located on a small/family beef farm. The Solaries has accomodation for 2 people (main bedroom) with a double bed (in the lounge) for 2 more. Located in the village of Wickhamford in the Vale of Evesham, providing access to Evesham, Broadway/Broadway tower,Snowshill/ Lavender fields, within a 10 minuet drive.
