The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

Rustic, fully furnished two-bedroom house with everything you need but food and drink! Large screened in porch is the perfect place to lounge after a day on the river. Large living area, open floor plan, giant 55" flat screen "smart" TV and WIFI. Kitchen complete with gas range, fridge, microwave, pots/pans, dishes, flatware, blender, and more. Come enjoy the screened in sunroom then look out over a beautiful valley and remember how beautiful America really can be. Sumerset Cottage is a guest house owned and hosted by Kirt and Susan Sumers. It is a completely separate cottage although their home is approximately 120 yards away. They will give you privacy or will be glad to visit with you about the area.
