I would recommend anyone interested in staying at Marco Island to stay here! Timberly was so very helpful throughout the process. The lodging truly felt as if it were a home that was taken care of by an owner who uses it, rather than a simple investment vehicle that is bare bones. Timberly was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. The whole process was a breeze. Everything was clean and operated properly. The pool, space, and neighborhood were perfect for us!

My family had a wonderful stay here. We had a minor issue with the keypad when we first arrived but after contacting Kate she immediately called us right back so we were able to get in. The pool and the game table were a big hit with my daughters. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful to take walks and not too far from restaurants and the beach.

Christy was an amazing host. She made sure we had everything we needed and responded to any email within minutes. She also gave us recommendations of activities to do while we were there. I was a little skeptical of the house being a guest house on their property since I have never stayed in one before, but I will definitely stay in her guest house again if I am in the area. I have never seen an Airbnb as clean as this one. Christy also had everything someone would need while staying there. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. This place felt like home, not a place I was staying in for a week. The pool was also a bonus. The house also has a nice screened in porch I would have loved to use if we were there during cooler weather.

We had a great stay in Naples! The house is well-equipped, clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect, close to all the best that Naples has to offer. The hosts were excellent, very responsive and clear in their communication. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Marco Island with my husband, 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. We do not have enough great things to say about how much we loved our stay at this house! I think it was in an absolutely perfect location to the beach and local amenities, we had a great time hanging out in the private pool by our little one was napping then would walk down the street and out to the beach every night for the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back.

I used this place for a WFH location. The Internet was plenty fast enough for my purposes. Goodland has spotty cell coverage (for T-Mobile, at least) but the wifi sufficed as a supplement. I used the dining room table as a work area. The dining room chairs were not meant for office-like sitting but I was able to adapt. My favorite feature was the porch that wrapped around half the house, the south and east sides. It allowed for views of the esturine canals and to keep an eye on the storms forming over the Everglades. Plenty of fish crows, green herons and at least one osprey to keep you company. I mainly used the grill to cook. It was a good size with plenty of propane. Kitchen was decently stocked. Food delivery services are available. I stayed in the "off season", so there was some construction happening on a property two doors down but it was not disruptive . Plenty of mosquitoes, but that comes with the territory. Solid five stars, would stay again.

Absolutely in love with this home. It was easy to get too, central, the home itself was spotless and inviting. The pool was big, clean and enclosed. Also the pool got amazing sun light, pool was always warm and clean. The neighborhood was calm and welcoming. Great spot for families. It’s also only a short drive to many local beaches, restaurants, and malls.

The place was truly amazing and very well maintained, everything was so clean and organized. It truly felt magical. Neno helped me with every little question and made sure that we had everything, I would definitely be staying in the near future because this is beyond amazing. This condo was such a vibe! The location couldn’t be better — literally 5 minutes to everything you need: beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. The beds were so comfy, it was hard to leave! Parking was a breeze, and super appreciated. And the pool? Total cherry on top. It made the whole stay feel like a mini resort getaway. Zero complaints here — I’d 1000% come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of home .

This condo was charming, clean, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry system was super convenient. Perfectly located right across from beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Hermoso , súper limpio, seguro , 30 minutos de la playa. La cama súper cómoda, a/c 10/10 . Nice place to stay clean safe, bed super comfy, spotless. Near beaches 30 minutes away.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at David’s paradise. The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. David is a welcoming, attentive, and helpful host. Without a doubt, we will be back.

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

10/10 stay. This Airbnb had everything we were looking for: -Proximately to a Beach -Outdoor Space -Peaceful/Walkable Neighborhood -Clean -Modern -Access to Beach Supplies There was not a single thing I could critique about our stay here. It had everything we were looking for, on top of the fact that it spotless. I also underestimated how nice the beach supplies would be. There were multiple Tommy Bahama chairs (high quality), sturdy umbrellas, and a number of nice hard-cover coolers. Everything someone would need to go enjoy a full day at the beach. This is a no-brainer Airbnb for southwest Florida.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

This place exceeded our expectations. The condo was very clean with many amenities. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Having restrooms at pool was nice. Beds were comfortable. Having a wagon and beach chairs were so helpful to have. Even enjoyed the games left by host. Having grocery within walking distance was a bonus. We were there for US Open pickleball tournament only 5 miles away, very convenient. Highly recommend this place.

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

Wow, where do I begin?! My son and I had the most wonderful week stay at Nathalie's place! The condo was easy to find, spotless clean and all the comforts of home. Having the 3 balconies was also amazing. I would relax on the top balcony overlooking the bay each morning with my coffee. We had family here staying down the street and she generously allowed them to use the pool and fish off the dock as well! The parking pass for South Beach was much appreciated. The perfect spot for a white sand beach and crystal clear water. We saw 2 manatees and dolphins while swimming there. She was the best host I've ever had on air bnb! Anything I needed, she was on it! Great local recommendations as well. I enjoyed listening to the live music from The Snook Inn off the balcony at night. We also walked over and ate there one evening. Highly recommend. We cannot wait to come back Nathalie!!!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Raymond's place. The condo was exactly as described––clean and spacious, right across the street from the beach, and very peaceful. We appreciated the plentiful beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. If we return to Marco Island we would definitely stay here again!

Location just can not be beat! Right across the street from public beach access. Parking is easy and convenient. Host was very accommodating, and allowed us to check in a little early. Condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! We were very pleased with this stay and would choose to stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. Dina was kind and she gave us very clear instructions on how to enter her place and how to leave it upon check out. I am very happy we stayed at the place! You should book here too!!!!
