Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Everglades City

Hopes place was beautiful. It is brand new and in a great location. Every amenity was there and it felt like home. The only issue I had was the smoke detector battery died at 2am and that noise is loud and doesn’t stop until you fix it. Hope had it fixed the next morning. The other issue odd we rented paddle boards for the weekend thinking we could use the dock to lower them in be water but it was broke and wouldn’t be fixed at all to use. We had already paid so lost money on that. I would definitely stay here again even with the few issues we had. Hope was very responsive and we loved being on the water. Went fishing right off the dock and caught fish. Amazing place with a few hiccups.

I would recommend anyone interested in staying at Marco Island to stay here! Timberly was so very helpful throughout the process. The lodging truly felt as if it were a home that was taken care of by an owner who uses it, rather than a simple investment vehicle that is bare bones. Timberly was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. The whole process was a breeze. Everything was clean and operated properly. The pool, space, and neighborhood were perfect for us!

First time going through Airbnb and it did not disappoint. Michele made everything go as smooth as possible with check-in, recommendations for places to eat/beaches to visit, and being very responsive. House was exactly as described from the amenities to the pictures provided. We would definitely rent this house from Michele again if we are in the Naples area. Thanks Michele for providing my family and I a great place to stay and enjoy while we were in Naples.

This place was absolutely amazing! The outdoor area and pool were the highlights — beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like a private resort. The home itself was tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. We were a big group and the house had plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with so many essentials, which made the stay super convenient. They even had everything needed for a day at the beach with the whole family. The location was also perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jody’s place for a very special weekend—my wedding! The home was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for my family. Jody was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was also ideal—close to convenient stores, Mercato, and other great spots. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

We had a little mini getaway and this home was perfect! The home was beautiful! The kids loved the pool and outside Tv. Beach was a 4 min. Drive. When in Naples this is the perfect home away from home!

The house was amazing! I took 3 teenage girls on vacation here.. They did not even want to leave the house They tanned on the deck for hours..dipped in the pool! The communication with the owners was amazing!! The girls said they want to go back because it felt like home!!!

This place was amazing. The host was definitely on it if we needed anything. There was plenty of space to spread out with our party of 8. The layout was perfect. The kitchen was full of the tools I needed to cook, down to a microplane zester. It was an easy location to get to anywhere quickly. It is a bit away from downtown and not easy to walk anywhere. Even saying that, we were really there to enjoy our friends and veg out. So keep this in mind if you want to rent it. The pool was fabulous. Enough space for all. We even used the hot tub on a cool, after a rain, night. The garage held all the things we needed for a day at the beach. Some of the bedrooms on the far end of the house from the kitchen did get a little warmer at night due to the intense sun later in the day. There were fans in the garage my group used to combat the extra heat. Also kept blinds closed to help with that, so no big deal. If you are the lucky ones, like us, to get the master bedroom, enjoy the spaciousness.

The stay here was great. Beautiful location. Easy to get to Marco Island and downtown Naples. Very peaceful community with tennis/pickeball courts, a pool with nice grills, small gym, all right out your front door. Coffee machine worked great and the beds were super comfortable. A beautiful view off the balcony as well. The only reason I did not give this place a full five stars all around was for a miscommunication upfront. Within the Lely resort complex, there is a Players Club, which provides some very nice amenities, that we thought we had access to. That was one of the reasons I was willing to pay a little bit higher for this place. I think it was the mistake of the realtor/company managing this property, not being fully aware of the Players Club access on Lely property. When I called and talked to a rep helping manage the property, he seemed a bit confused.

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

Great communication, easy check in

This condo was charming, clean, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry system was super convenient. Perfectly located right across from beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Stella was so friendly and she could teach a class on how to host an air bnb. She had drinks and snacks for us plus everything that you would need in the bathroom area..even nail polish remover. I know without a doubt we would book Stella's place again...thanks for a wonderful vacation! Tammy n Kevin

My husband and I had an excellent experience at David’s paradise. The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. David is a welcoming, attentive, and helpful host. Without a doubt, we will be back.

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

10/10 stay. This Airbnb had everything we were looking for: -Proximately to a Beach -Outdoor Space -Peaceful/Walkable Neighborhood -Clean -Modern -Access to Beach Supplies There was not a single thing I could critique about our stay here. It had everything we were looking for, on top of the fact that it spotless. I also underestimated how nice the beach supplies would be. There were multiple Tommy Bahama chairs (high quality), sturdy umbrellas, and a number of nice hard-cover coolers. Everything someone would need to go enjoy a full day at the beach. This is a no-brainer Airbnb for southwest Florida.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo - the views were beautiful, you can watch the sun set from the master bed! Some highlights were beach proximity (building is on the beach you just have to cross the sand for 10 min to get to the water), great responsive host, good value, proximity to restaurants & grocery stores, and cleanliness. There were beach chairs, wagon, big beach blanket, and toys for little ones in the unit which was very convenient. The bed in the main room was comfortable and bathrooms had all the essentials. The unit could use some cosmetic updates, but that did not impact the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, a great option for a Marco Island vacation.

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

Location just can not be beat! Right across the street from public beach access. Parking is easy and convenient. Host was very accommodating, and allowed us to check in a little early. Condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! We were very pleased with this stay and would choose to stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. Dina was kind and she gave us very clear instructions on how to enter her place and how to leave it upon check out. I am very happy we stayed at the place! You should book here too!!!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us.
