Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment was completely renovated 1/26. The apartment is suitable for 2 people and a child. A crib + extras are included. A 3rd adult can get a mattress. 1 dog pillow is available on request. You have your own terrace with separate access to the apartment. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It invites you to cycling and hiking tours. Romantic loft for individual holidays on the Baltic Sea. In the heart of Lütjenburg, not far from the Hohwachter Bay, various beaches (5-7 km) invite you to swim. Old beams, truss, raw plaster. Original masonry & old planks. The house is raw and original, not dead renovated. Crumbs fall from the ceiling and the cracks provide fresh air. The loft is anything but uncomfortable. It has style. You can expect 29 m² of living space in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

Friendly 2-room apartment between the lakes

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.

Our apartment is located in Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen in beautiful Holstein Switzerland, just 200 meters from Lake Dieksee and the Dieksee promenade. Here you can - whether as a couple or alone - enjoy the idyllic surrounding nature as well as a variety of leisure activities and relax from everyday life. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. The Baltic Sea is 25 minutes away.
