Jessica was very responsive and helpful. The house was extremely comfortable for our family of 11. The home was modern and cozy, the wrap around porch was great!

Great location for a peaceful vacation. Really appreciated the quick and kind communication, as we were there over a stormy week. Plenty to do in the home, tranquil property (we had several visits from deer) and comfy accommodations.

Christy was wonderful! Always replied quickly and was quite helpful! We had a great time getting to spend time with family! The recent rain made fishing nonexistent, which was one of our main draws for the home! We even tried fishing at the old marina area and still no luck! Just too much rain. But we did get to have a lot of fun experiences with the kayaks and paddle boards our kids loved it! Great couch to fit us all on at the end of the day! Lots of stairs to the lake! There is no way to make the floors upstairs especially the bathroom less squeaky…. So if you have children make sure to have a fan or sound machine. Great little home and great host!

Great time, great location to the lake! Bonus was that it is atv/utv friendly neighborhood, great friendly neighbors. House was as advertised, enjoyed the sweet fire pit out front and the awesome screened in porch.

We were lucky enough to book this beautiful water front property last minute due to some hiccups with another rental we had reservations for. Host was very responsive and got us taken care of with amazing swift response time. The house was amazing and stunning all around. Very zen and quiet just what me and my partner were looking for this weekend. Amazing view of the lake and over all just a great experience. We will definitely be back! Host was very quick to respond to all communication and the house was just as advertised. The home was very clean and comfortable with a large deck looking out over the lake. The available hot tub was a great way to end the day.

Check-in was easy, the area was perfect for relaxing and outdoor activities, and the house was clean and ready when we arrived!

My wife and I are always wanting to visit Carlton’s Landing just the two of us. There are not a lot of great, less expensive options for a smaller crowd. McKinsi’s place exceeded our expectations. Small, but so cozy! It felt like we were staying a tree house with the lushness all around us. We absolutely loved it and would come back without hesitation. Thank you for an awesome, smaller option for a stay! Another plush, there were EXTRA blankets. So many places don’t have extra blankets, just a little something we really appreciate.

This was a beautiful vacation that was fun to walk around and explore. The meeting place was fun to grab a coffee and the pizza place across the street was very tasty. Loved that the pools and tennis courts were all within walking distance. We love to cook and so not having tons of restaurants nearby was perfectly okay with us. If you do plan on cooking make sure you bring everything you want to make so you don’t have to run back into town for something. You will love the throwback to a more peaceful time and you will enjoy connecting with your family. This unit provide lots of quality space to do activities together or outside on the deck. We loved eating outside, reading , and playing games. It was so nice to have four bedrooms. Can’t wait to come back. Some of the locals said they have a fun Christmas event and that the Fourth of July is just the best!!

We enjoyed every minute at The Brooksider. The 'green' view of neighborhood was private and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with top rated appliances and cookware. The decor was soothing and calm with dozens of shades of blue and green. We really liked the covered parking, easy access to apt., specially selected fabrics, linens, furniture, and lighting. The Brooksider has everything we look for in an Airbnb stay! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Stones Throw was exactly as described. This was the perfect size for a couples getaway, all amenities were provided, extremely clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay and would return if we're ever going through that area again. The community is very nice and very quite. Great place to take walks or just sit and do nothing but read a book. I highly recommend it!!

My mom stayed here for three weeks this is her second time staying for an extended stay and she was happy with her accommodation. She did say she was a little confused because there was no cleaning service that she saw in the three weeks but there is a laundry room where she was able to wash and change the sheets. All in all great place for the price.

Great place for a stay! Clean, warm in winter , cool in summer (stayed twice). Great communication. Will be back!

My parents enjoyed the balcony outside the room with the lakeside view. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had an oversized table that fit us perfectly. The half bath even had a fun word search while on the John! Very cute and funny!

Little confusion finding the place but owner answered the phone late at night and helped us get there. Aside from the horrendous wind , everything was fantastic. Beach was clear of trash and the dock was kept up. Be mindful of the stickers scattered around the yard though, wear decent shoes.

Great stay. Was by myself so that size was perfect and the price was right. There was an issue with the hot water on the first day which Colton got fixed immediately.
