Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this location. It’s a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops which made everything so easy. The pool was clean and had plenty of sitting space. The whole place was very clean and the check out was easy. I would stay again!

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

After a bad Airbnb host at 325 Mango in FMB (Rosanna Reilly, realtor) the host Im reviewing,Valerie (on Estero) got me in when I called her last minute crying over a youth hostel that wasn't advertised as such.. Rosanna allowed a bunch of cussing/drinking..??? boys to rent above me for my 53rd birthday that my girlfriend from NYC and myself from Cleveland, Ohio were flying in to rent.??!! Airbnb and Rosanna would not allow me out of the frightening rental and contract. Valerie called me at 8:15pm and got me in her place 5 minutes later. I was sobbing because it was my birthday and my nephew had died 2 years earlier at 31 on my birthday. My friend and I were memorializing his memory. We don't drink..We just wanted peace and quiet. Valerie's place was stunning! She did lock off 2 of the 3 bedrooms because she knew what we needed and it's her property..understood...RESPECT! 😊 My friend Linh and I love Valerie. If she ever needs a place in Ohio..she is welcome anytime!!! All the Best! -d

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Lots of space, lots of sleeping areas, fully stocked, so many towels! We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you!

I stayed at apartment 4 at this property. It's also very private and I never felt like I was on display while being outside in the common area. It's gated and the gates are solid metal facing the road. It's perfectly set up to handle 1 guest or a small family. Everything was very immaculate, and clean. The pool was absolutely enjoyable every day of my trip, salt water floating is amazing! While I was there my air conditioner went out. It was 90 degrees outside and so the Hosts allowed me to change rooms. I ended up in room 1. This room was set up and just as clean as room 4. If I ever come back to the Cape I will for sure stay at this property. Be aware the ocean is 2.2 miles away. I rented an Ebike while I was there and drove back and forth to the Yahct Beach Club. There are bike lanes and only 1 major intersection to cross from this property to the beach. Grocery stores are close by and offer quick food in the deli, too. Stay here, greats Hosts, beautiful place, 10 out of 10!

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

The place was perfect for what we needed. We went with my toddlers, a 9 month baby, and my grandmother, and this place was so ADA friendly, had all the items you needed for our baby, and felt safe for our toddlers. The building is still in facade improvements after the hurricane (we went end of May 2025), and the island overall is in reconstruction mode, but the beach was direct access, beautiful sunsets, and just what we needed so a small weekend break.

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

This Airbnb was amazing! Literally walk right across the street and be on the beach. Very close to Publix and a few restaurants and bars. Would definitely book this place again!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could have hoped for. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cozy ambiance and the peaceful surroundings—it truly felt like a home away from home. My wife and spent a great week in Ft Meyers, staying at Grant's place was just what we wanted. It was perfect for what we needed, a very private area at the bottom of the street. So quiet, I think it wasn't that busy because all the Snowbirds went back North. It was close enough to the beach that you could walk there. I have a bad leg, so I wasn't able to walk, but it was only a 2 or 3 minute drive to the beach. Grant had all the thing that you needed for the beach, chairs, towels, umbrellas and a wagon to put it all in. He also had a few bottles of wine waiting for us, such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place for a great getaway or vacation. We would absolutely come back. Thanks again Grant for a great stay.
