Excellent trip - would stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

Adorable beach condo with amazing beach, gulf and sunset views. The hosts were very responsive. Close to grocery stores, souvenir shops and restaurants. A perfect island getaway.

We had an incredible stay - truly one of our best vacations! The home was perfect: beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a great location. Amy was amazing - responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful, especially when our flight was delayed. She went out of her way to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. She also provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We’re already thinking about our return and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

Let me tell you! This house has it all! You walk in and only need groceries. Every picture is the house itself. My son and nephew enjoyed games and pool. I loved sitting on patio at night and read my book. It’s close enough to things you want to do and eat and beaches but in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people that you don’t see often. I will be back!

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Chanda was an excellent host and very responsive. Short walk to the beach and very nice patio / pool area. We will definitely be booking again.

We had a great time! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to multiple beaches so we could explore - Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and more. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hanging out in the outdoor area. My son even caught some catfish off the dock. The game room was perfect for evenings when we needed a break from the sun. Highly recommend and have already had requests from friends & family to share the listing!

very nice house, great and quiet location. very clean and great amenities. the kids loved the pool and the deck, outside seating is very comfy. we would stay here again, hopefully we can come back soon.

Spent a long weekend at Rachel’s property with some family. The home was spotless, well maintained and comfortable. The pool/hot tub is incredible - we never wanted to get out! The host also provides some beach equipment which was much appreciated on our beach days. We really enjoyed our stay, and the thoughtful accommodations from our host made the whole experience just perfect!

Beautiful home and well equipped for a nice stay. Pool and spa were great, dock and boat rental were very easy. Everyone enjoyed the ample seating in the outdoor area! Location is really nice and safe area for walks. Cape Harbour is very close and we visited often by foot, car, and docked for food drinks with our rental boat. More than enough room for our family of 5 adults. Kitchen was stocked with decent pans and lots of dishes, etc. Coffee pot and Nespresso machine worked well. Beds were comfortable, and bedding was average. Washer and dryer are new and work well. Only minor issue was that the air conditioning in Master suite never worked. We called after a couple of days and they had us try a couple of things, but they didn’t work. They said to call back if we wanted repair man to come out, but wasn’t a big enough deal for us to bother with it. Would stay again if in the area.

We were in the area to visit family. The house was great and had all the space we needed. The kids loved the pool and the game room. It was a bit warm in the game room as it is a converted garage but the kids did not seem to mind it. We loved the couch it was great for movie watching. We would stay again if the opportunity came up. it was also nice to have all the baby stuff so we did not have to bring it along.

What a perfect staycation! We took a bit of a drive to have a bit of relaxation away from home. Anita’s place was wonderful! Firstly, in addition to prompt and warm communication, Anita was extremely flexible when we needed a later check out. Her place was absolutely one of (perhaps THE) cleanest homes I’ve stayed in. Everything is comfortable and the place has a sort of calm vibe. A little lovely thing was that there happened to be quite a lot of towels and an extra blanket…love that. We took a few walks and enjoyed the 🏖️ beach… Grateful to Anita for a wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay. Nice walkable location. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Lovely little place. Betsy was easy to communicate with and a great host!

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

Our group of 6 had an incredible trip! Home is specious and well done with a large, seatable island for a crowd for dinner! Food attractions Fe local and delicious. The beach is a short walk from the property and the pool space is great! We would absolutely stay here again without question!

Amazing! I would give 6 stars if I could! Jonathan was so friendly and responsive to my questions and requests! He allowed us to check in even earlier than I requested. The place was so roomy and so well stocked. It had everything you could possibly need - plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, coffee, kitchen utensils, books, and games. The game room was such a fun place to hang out. Perfect if rain puts a damper on your beach day. There were helpful hints posted all around the house to make your stay easier. We felt so at home here and the name fits this place perfectly - Mi Casa Su Casa! Thank you for a great stay, we would love to come back!

Laura and Michael are wonderful hosts. Communication was excellent! The house is in a great location and the price was on point for the area. It was as described and nicely updated, the pictures don't do it justice. The third bedroom is accessed through the garage or back exterior door so it is a bit separate from the rest of the house and bathroom but it worked well for us. They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, items for the kitchen, pool, beach, washer-dryer, and a good night's rest. The pool was refreshing and the beach just steps away. The dock on the back bay is a great place to dolphin watch or fish. A short drive or trolley ride to Times Square, shops, grocery and restaurants too! Overall a great stay and would recommend. We all wished we didn't have leave 🙂
