Renate was very welcoming and always responded promptly. They room was suitable for my needs and was located in a nice area with plenty to do. Renate provided extra amenities when requested, e.g., iron amd ironing board. Enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely stay again.

Linda was very warm and friendly and went out of her way to make my stay easy and comfortable. Great house in the greatest town in the world. Would highly recommend.

Eileen is a lovely, caring and thoughtful host. The house is well situated, close to the tube station, and in a safe area. It has everything you need during your stay, may it be long or short term. Everything you need in terms of shops is in close proximity. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and wonderful stay.

Enjoyed my stay with Alex very much. He and his partner were kind, helpful and generous and it was a pleasure to get to know them. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were healthy, tasty and filling. It would be particularly suited to vegans or anyone with an interest in raw food but also good for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Colchester.

Bedding, towels and amenities all sufficient. We didn't utilise much other than bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen as was at an all weekend conference. Kitchen well stocked for home cooking. No need to bring much other than your clothes with you. Booking had some dated information like "breakfast included" and the entrance code, which was incorrect, but now that owner is aware AirBNB can get it updated. Great communication from host throughout stay. Thank you so much for having us. Would definitely recommend.

Raimonda is certainly what Airbnb would classify as the perfect host in so many ways, whether it is privacy you're after or enjoying the great ambiance and convenience the residence represents. Andy and Karen are extremely warm and friendly hosts. They’re also super flexible with check-in and out timings which is really helpful. Their place is clean and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location is very good. It’s barely a 2min walk to the DLR train station which takes you to the Stratford main station in another 3min. From there one can reach the city centre in 15min which is very convenient. We had a great time at Andy and Karen’s home and would love to stay with them whenever we visit London again. Pro-tip: They have an adorable son, who takes time to open up initially but once he does, he can be a really cool company :)

Natalie and Gordon were great hosts, and really accommodating for me. I was able to park my car every day right outside the house for free with a permit they provided. Very happy with my stay overall.

Celia was an wonderful host. Excellent communication, proactive and even provided us with breakfast. She made us feel at home, with clear instructions and lots of helpful local tips. We'll definitely be back!

Thanks Joshua for an enjoyable stay. I used the AirBnB for me and my groomsmen before getting married at Stockbrook Manor. It is easy both for that location and for town. Joshua has made a real effort with the distinctive decor, which helped make for a fun stay, we loved the huge TV. The house is spotlessly clean and well laid out. Joshua was proactive in communication and made things easy for us.

She is the best host ever😊 Absolutely highly recommended for the clean and highly organized space, close to 2 metro stations from where you can reach all the touristic places easily. the plus is the Ensuite bathroom super clean with a comfy shower with radio😁 and the washing machine and dryer. the kitchen is well equipped, anything you might need is available in the apt from kitchen's stuff to new slippers and toothbrush. She also welcomed us with traditional Italian Christmas sweet as she knew we are Italian and also she provides a welcome with some food (milk, bread, water, canned food, rice etc). She also came to pick up us with her dad at the metro station for the luggages and she asked if we wanted the same for the return. they were both friendly and the gave us advices for the stay. she is always available, the best stay ever on Airbnb💚 our vacation was wonderful

We had a lovely stay, stylishly decorated, beautiful back garden, comfortable beds, well equipped throughout. We would be keen to stay again. A bottle of Prosecco and milk in fridge on arrival a lovely welcoming touch. Good communication. Easy to access via key box. Our 8 year old and 5 year loved the bunk beds and room. Digital tv with plenty of choices. Selection of board games. Location very close to train station. Great to have car parking on drive.

I stayed at Erika’s house for a week with my boyfriend and my mum, and we had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and there’s an underground station about 15 minutes away, which made it convenient to explore the city. The house was very clean and comfortable, and Erika was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I definitely recommend staying here!

I had the best stay! Fran was amazing – incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and was always available to answer any questions. The location itself was fantastic – the neighbourhood was quiet and really relaxing. I could not have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend staying here.

Beautiful place

I stayed with Denise for a few days whilst doing a course in the centre of Ipswich and this was the perfect place to stay - very quiet and peaceful, but easily walkable (about 20 mins) into the centre of town. Denise was friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed discussing different shared interests with her. She also very kindly gave me a lift into town with my (rather large!) suitcase on the last morning, which I really appreciated. Her place was exactly as listed and had everything I needed for my stay.

Nishank and Srishti have made a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and welcoming space in their home and they are the kindest and most considerate of hosts. It was a real pleasure to stay with them again and lovely to spend time in their peaceful, spotlessly clean and comfortable Air BnB.

A warm and cosy family home, in the centre of Southend-on-Sea. Perfect for visiting our son at Uni and with the added benefit that our two dogs could stay. Kitchen well stocked, snug lounge with woodburning stove and street parking. Catherine was very responsive to messages.

There was a problem with the accommodation due to repair issues, but they automatically got in touch and offered us an alternative. The place had a good location, shops, and public transportation just minutes away. The house is very spacious, very clean and the service is excellent. We would definitely come back.
