In this spacious and special accommodation you can feel comfortable because there is enough space. In itself there is room for 10 people. For 2-4 visitors the other bedrooms are closed. It is an extravagant apartment designed by an artist. It is in the attic of a larger residential complex. Absolutely calm. The staircase leads through an entrance area on the 2nd floor.

The apartment has its own entrance. Via the staircase you can get to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the eat-in kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. Through an open passage you enter the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.

Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
