Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Centrally located in Landshut you will find our family-friendly, spacious and cozy accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation can accommodate 6 people. In addition to 3 bedrooms, you will find 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, 1 guest toilet, a well-equipped kitchen & a large living room that invites you to linger and play. On the ground floor of the house, the owner lives in an apartment with its own entrance.

Your happy place in the countryside is a vacation home in the beautiful surroundings of the Marchenbach Valley, in a 360-degree secluded location just 35 minutes' drive from Munich. The vacation home offers a unique opportunity to spend a nice break, surrounded by meadows, forests and cows at the highest level and the most amazing landscape and beauty that nature has to offer.

Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

Vacation home at Donauspitz (Kelheim)

The former farmhouse was built in 1883 from local limestone and has since been completely renovated. The vacation home is located approx. 2 km south-east of the city center in the district of Affecking directly on the Danube and offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the most beautiful sights with good transport connections.

In this quiet semi-detached house, you can spend a cozy break on two floors with up to 5 people. The semi-detached house is located on a quiet street with a small front garden with terrace, as well as a second terrace at the rear. A parking space is located directly on the property and shopping (bakery and supermarket) is also within walking distance.
