One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Oetzi is preserved, the man who came from the ice and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its porticoes and characteristic premises.

On the ground floor of the house, directly below the apartment, is the fine, fully equipped CoWorking STUDIO OBERGASSE. In addition, it can be booked for €25/ day. Kutatsch is a small village in the south of South Tyrol. It is usually more quiet and cozy. During the harvest period from June to October, the fruit and wine growers follow nature and enter their harvest.
