The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travelers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is just minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in all respects as described. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

We really enjoyed staying at Frédérique and Jacques's cottage. Extremely well-equipped, with very nice small details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the small welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We are a group of 10 friends who came to enjoy the weekend in the area for a trail and we were delighted. We were hosted very well by Aydugan. The house is beautiful, warm, and has all the necessary amenities. The heated pool is a real plus. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Armelle's space near Talloires - gorgeous, comfortable house with top view of Lake Annecy (going to be hard to top that). Great instructions & suggestions from the host - we hope we'll stay longer next time if we come back! Thank you so much for the sharing!

We had a great time, the garden of the apartment is really super nice, quiet and of a nice size! The apartment is very well appointed and spacious and comfortable enough for a family. Sandrine provided us with lots of advance advice on restaurants, shops and activities. The place is quiet and makes it easy to radiate to the different points of interest of the lake.

Everything was great! Fabrice's very warm welcome, the brand new studio is of very high quality and the equipment ( kitchen, bathroom, etc...) better than we can hope for.... even with very pleasant touches ( coffee, herbal tea, condiments etc .) Recommended +++ only regret not having enjoyed it longer ...

Cécile and her spouse are welcoming, attentive and give very good advice. They have made their home a peaceful, welcoming corner of paradise with a splendid view. A true haven of peace. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). Dominique and Albert were such lovely hosts. The location was amazing and the views were spectacular. So much to explore around the area, we included a trip to Annecy and Geneva. The accommodation was great and very well appointed. We took advantage of the spa, pool and incredible wood fired sauna. We would definitely recommend this fabulous listing.
