Family home remodeled in 2017. With friends and family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... It is located 2 km from the beach of Châtillon at the end of Lake Bourget, and it is a 10-minute drive 9 km from Chanaz, a very flowery village crossed by a Roman canal that connects the Lake to the Rhône from where boats leave for Aix-les-Bains as well as the Abbey of Hautecombe, necropolis of the Kings of Italy. For bike lovers, it is possible to take excursions in the largest poplar grove in Europe.
