The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The guesthouse is part of a magnificently restored villa tucked within the Gavarres national park. The villa boasts sweeping views of the valley and, in the distance, the Mediterranean sea. The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Can Moneta, relax in the Empordà, Costa Brava

The house is located in Sobrestany, a small nucleus of peasant houses, in the area of Torroella de Montgri, in Empordanet, Girona-Costa Brava-Catalunya. The neighborhood is located very closed to the Montgri natural Park,the Medes Islands and the lower Ter and also a few km from L’Escala beaches and Montgó. A garden with native plants and a private parking area are located in front of the house. The house has three floor and a small garden with a pergola

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
