The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

The apartment is located in an unbeatable area in the heart of the "Old Quarter", 20 meters from the "cul de la Lleona" and the access stops of Sant Felix, just behind the cathedral. 2 minutes from the exit of Girona and 200 meters of public/private parking which gives you very easy access by car. It is decorated with a lot of charm, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and has a spacious interior patio for use as a chill-out area.
