Our modern, uncluttered 1 bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood, and you'll have the entire 700 sq. ft (65 sq. m) apartment to yourself. It is walking distance from some excellent local restaurants, pubs, and shopping, is a 25 minute drive to SF (with ideal traffic), 8 minute walk to Amtrak, and a short bus ride to BART.

Our recently renovated studio apartment is equipped with a full bed, a couch/day bed, ample wardrobe space, eating area and a full kitchen and bathroom. We chose finishes we love and that are true to our commitment to energy efficiency and toxin-free living. The in-law studio is fitted out with eco-cabinetry and flooring, zero-VOC paint, locally made, hand-painted Fireclay tile, Hans Grohe fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and mid-century modern inspired furnishings.

This space is downstairs in my centrally located private home, but has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the upstairs. Renovated with a mix of new and vintage furnishings, guests will step down into a comfortable suite with nice natural light in the front and rear of the space, TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, a partially stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower), and peaceful rear bedroom. I am eager to welcome guests from all backgrounds into my home.
