Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our apartment close to nature is located on a residual farm in a former barn building reconstructed in 2017, the last house in the village, behind it only nature. The property is about 35,000 square meters with gardens, meadow and Billewald forest. It is about 35 km to the city centers of Hamburg or Lübeck. The Eulenspiegel city of Mölln and Ratzeburg are also worth a visit. Various Baltic Sea resorts are easily accessible. Kids love to feed our chickens or ride along with the tractor.

Our modern apartment, Quartier13, was newly renovated in 2021 and equipped according to the latest standards. This is located on the ground floor and is freely accessible through a separate entrance. The apartment also has a small garden with seating and a grill. The location of the apartment is a quiet street in the middle of a residential area. This has the advantage that the center of Mölln, as well as forest trails and lakes can be reached quickly and easily.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. Start your excursions in the wonderful nature of the surroundings or use the good train connection of the Büchen mobility hub (5 min walk) to explore the most beautiful cities in Germany such as Hamburg, Lübeck or Lüneburg. Welcome to our cozy apartment in the green district of Waldstadt in Mölln. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet residential area, a few minutes from the Schulsee. An Edeka market and a bakery are also nearby. PS: As more sleeping options, there is a sofa bed and mattresses in the converted attic. Notes: Mölln is a lovely spa town. We will pay the visitor's tax and you can get discounts in Mölln with the visitor's cards.

Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking.
