Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

We felt right at home in this colorful, cozy home. Everything was as described in the listing and then some. The apartment itself is beautiful with antique fixtures, hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and solid wooden details, yet it has all the modern conveniences and upgrades. The decor is eclectic but tasteful and very welcoming. All the furniture and dishes and cooking supplies are substantial as if someone actually lives there--not just cheep rental unit style. The cotton linens and bedding are of good quality. I am going to look for a set of those flowery sheets for myself! The location is central and very easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Our hosts were helpful and proactive. We did not need to communicate with them while we were there, as everything was perfect, but they made us feel like we could reach out at anytime if necessary. I will stay here the next time I visit Sacramento and I recommend it to everyone.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

Juan was extremely flexible when it came to checking in. Check in was set for 4pm, and I had a car full of boys playing in a tournament that weekend. I asked Juan if we could check in early and sure enough, we checked in early. The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. plenty of linen and pillows, and sleeping spots. The basketball hoops inside was a big bonus!

I celebrated my 35th birthday with a few close friends and we all fell in love with the home! Very cozy, clean and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away! Ira was a wonderful host and was easy to contact! Would definitely come back to this location!

Our second stay at Alley House, and already looking forward to returning. We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation during the stay. It was the ideal location and provided a home-like feel for a special family gathering. We really love the outdoor space and were visited by the local peacocks one afternoon.

I had a great stay at this Cameron Park home! The space was spotless, well-lit, and felt very welcoming. The highlight was definitely the backyard patio — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors. Would absolutely stay here again!

Christina’s home was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. The living room and the out door area were great spaces to hang with the family. The kitchen had all the essentials and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area. This home was perfect for my family (11 guests). The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, outdoor shower and the big kitchen space! This home had everything we needed for the weekend. The only room on the second floor is the master bedroom with two beds + full bathroom. All other rooms are on the first floor. My only fyi to anyone is the master bathroom has no doors for privacy. Overall, host was so helpful and provided quick communication when needed. We accidentally left a few things behind and were able to go back to retrieve them. We are so grateful and would 100% recommend this place!

Great little spot perfect for a long weekend getaway. Very centrally located, 5 minute drive to downtown Tahoe City or food spots south along the west shore, and 25 min from Truckee. Situated as part of larger complex with neighboring units and amenities such as gym and pool. Helpful proactive instructions from the hosts, overall a great experience as advertised

Fantastic location. Short walk to the lake. We would walk out to the lake and then walk out on the dock to watch the boats and lake activity. The home itself was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. BBQ was really clean and looked like it was newer. Short walk to coffee and restaurants.

Marsha's place was a fantastic fit for our family and we'd love to stay again in the future. The apartment itself is in the Everline resort at Palisades. The unit was very big and had everything we needed. The views were the unit were beautiful! The Everline resort is fantastic and we would highly recommend it. Brilliant for couples, friends and families. It has something for everyone. Would highly recommend!

We visited Kirkwood during the quiet season and really enjoyed our stay. The area was peaceful and beautiful, and the home was even nicer and more spacious than the pictures showed. We especially liked the comfortable bed, cozy living room, and well-stocked kitchen. One thing we appreciated was how easy everything was, there weren’t a bunch of house rules or a long checkout list like some other Airbnbs. It made the stay feel simple and stress-free. We had a relaxing long weekend and would be happy to come back again.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
