We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Featuring a separate bedroom (comfy queen bed), living room (with couch and futon bed), bathroom, shower, full kitchen, & a private deck with fragrant jasmine vines and furniture for outside space of your own. One of the two private entrances opens into a lush garden with wisteria-draped pergola and multiple (shared) seating areas and paths.

There is one queen bed in the bedroom and a full size pull out bed in the sofa (perfect for small kids). Apartment also has a small, private back yard area - great for those with small pets. Views of Golden Gate Bridge and much of the Bay Area visible from just outside your door. Tilden Park is just a few minutes drive from the property.

The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
