Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

This apartment is built in Naturrundstammbau and can accommodate 2-4 persons. The apartment is equipped with a TV, bathroom and toilet. The natural trunks of the house give the apartment a very pleasant and soothing atmosphere. All the beds in our house are equipped with tempur mattresses and thus ensure a good night's sleep. Single authorization is only possible on request.
