This beautiful studio is located above the garage with a private entrance under the carport. The studio has a fairytale view of the mill and the fields behind the house. You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Enjoy "Ein wenig Meerzeit"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at the information desk at the park entrance.

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and dunes. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your studio. Seating area: sea and kite zone view. Double bed (160x200): dune view. Kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator (no stove/pans). Bathroom: bath and rain shower. Separate toilet. Balcony. Own entrance. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.
