Welcome to our new vacation home, beautifully located in Schoorl! This cottage is built for peace and privacy. Enjoy the nice spaces with the abundance of light. From the living room, you can walk into the spacious garden, exclusively for you. In the complete, stylish kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content. The bathroom is also a nice experience, with plenty of space and atmosphere. From our cottage, you can cycle to the forest, dunes or beach. But Bergen and Alkmaar are also nearby.

The cottage is suitable for a couple, solo adventurers, families (with children) and pets. A conveniently and centrally located summer house in Egmond aan Zee with the possibility to use an outdoor sauna (on request) in the winter months, from November to March Within 2 minutes, you can be on the beach and in the cozy fishing village with the many shops and terraces. The cottage was completely renovated in the spring of 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels.

The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. A light, fresh studio of 20 square meters where nothing is missing. To gain energy, be able to work quietly, also from conferences at the nearby hotel Zuiderduin. Enjoy the beautiful light falls through skylight. With a pellet stove for the (cozy) warmth. A nice separate shower and toilet. With Nespresso machine and cooking possibility for e.g. breakfast. Hot water. The sleeping area is shielded with a blackout curtain. Small seat in front of the door.

Here peace, luxury and nature come together. Enjoy the lake with your own boat. Amsterdam and Utrecht are about 20 minutes away by car or Uber. Young male groups and parties are not allowed.

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.

House with beautiful views and private garden.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
