Welcome to Tittmoning, an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Lake Leitgeringer is 5 minutes away by car. The 66 m² new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (dead end). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that does not bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Food is provided by supermarkets, a butcher shop, several bakers, and restaurants.

Our house is very quietly situated on the edge of the forest. The house has a large garden with a garden pond. We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with balcony to the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TV, Netflix, a bathroom and a large loggia. Here, cozy seating and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking right outside the front door The nightly rate is for two people.
